Shooting Schedule

• All shooting sessions will be held on weekends or weekdays after 6 PM.

Refund Policy

• No refunds will be issued under any circumstances, labor hours and resources have already been spent and no work begins before mutual approval

Communications

• Specific hours must be agreed upon to ensure that ideas, assets, and approvals are exchanged on time, avoiding delays or missed responses.
• All communications should be established with one designated team member from your side.

Service and asset delivery

You will be notified each time a new photo or video asset is uploaded to your dedicated Google Drive folder.

We charge based on the content created, not the content uploaded, because before filming;

1. We’ve already prepared a draft of the ideas that you approved of before filming.
2. During filming, we show you the shots to confirm them on the spot.

So if we create and film the content completely, but you later decide not to approve it for upload, we’ll still consider it as work completed.

Revisions

Scripts & Copywriting

• All confirmations or revision requests for scripts and copywriting elements must be submitted within 24–48 hours.
• If no response is received within that timeframe, the content will be considered final and approved, with no further changes allowed.

Photo / Video / Carousel Content

• Each deliverable includes up to two (2) revisions, which must be requested within 24–48 hours of delivery.
• Additional revisions will be charged $20 per revision, payable on the same day of the request.
• If no revision requests are received within the allowed timeframe, the content will be treated as final and closed, with no exceptions.
